Construction: Triple walled with air insulation on the outer side for Minimal Skin Temp. Body: Made of mild steel duly Powder Coated.

Tube Material: High Purity Recrystallized Alumina

Tube Size: ID=74mm/OD=85mm/Hot Zone length=300mm/Overall length=1000mm Gas Purging: Ends of the tube have Stainless steel couplers with cooling attachment for purging of gases.

Power Control: SCR unit (Phase Angle Thyristor) with current limit and soft start facility and Step down Air Cooled Transformer.

Temp. Control: Microprocessor based PID Programmable Temp. Controller (1 prog x 16 segments= (ramp/soak)). Dual display of Set & Actual Temp. with soft touch keys. With Thermocouple break Protection & Cold junction compensation. With RS 485 built in port.

Sensor: Pt/Pt-Rh (R/B type)

Safety: High Speed Semiconductor Safety Fuse for over load protection. T.C. Broken Indication with automatic tripping. Soft start and stop facility, suitable for heating elements over current and Short Circuit Protection. High Temp. Alarm

Control Panel: Separate Control Panel with all Electrical Accessories, placed on the bottom of the furnace. Power Supply: 415 Volts, 2/3 phase AC supply.
