Outer Casing :Made of double walled thick P.C.R.C sheet finished with powder coating.
Insulation : Ceramic fiber board or insulation. Insulation element e made of KANTHAL A-1 wire in coil form placed on 2 sides supported on Alumina tubes.
Inner muffle size :Width: 650mm, Depth: 750mm, Height: 650mm
Temperature Control :Temperature of the furnace is controlled by programmable microprocessor based PID controller, (master-slave set up) with soft touch key pad and dual display of process and set temperature.

Power unit of the furnace :Phase angle fired Thyristor having smooth increase of current instead of pulse type.
Data Acquisition System :Digital 8 channel Data Recorder, the stored data can be transferred to the pen drive and viewed on PC in excel sheet.
Base of the Furnace: Sliding rails facility easily place the samples on the heavy base (to bear 200 kg load), and slide them into the furnace cavity manually.
