HORIZONTAL AUTOCLAVE

Handsomely Made for Long Service and to provide easier and surer Sterilization for use in Hospitals, Nursing Homes, pharmaceutical Industries and Laboratories.

Autoclave is Triple walled construction.  The inner, Middle and Outer chamber is made of high grade stainless steel sheet of SS-304.  The chambers are throughly argon welded making the chamber leak proof.  Self locking safety door is provided which can not be open when the chamber is under pressure.  Door (LID) is also made of thick 304 grade stainless steel plate single piece.  The unit is duly fitted with highly efficient SS ring & radial locking arms duly polished which prevent opening of door while steam is inside of the chamber.  Heat resistance gasket of  silicon is also provided and dose not allow any leakage.  The boiler is also made of S.S 304 G. A multiport valve is installed for controlling the sterilization cycle.  The pressure is adjustable from 5 psi to 22 psi + 3 PSI, pressure is controlled by automatic Pressure control switch.  The unit is fitted with timer alarm, water level indicator, vacuum breaker and vacuum drying facility with Moisturizing trap.  The whole unit is mounted on Heavy M.S. mild steel Stand painted with attractive stove enamel paint.
